Dear Soul Play & Creative Therapy offer the following services

I work in school settings, and can offer school contracts on a regular basis, where I offer 1-1 play therapy, group play therapy, parent sessions, staff workshops, & parent /carer workshops. 

I am also contracted with a Local Authority to provide individual play therapy support on request. 

All services are subject to availability and sometimes I work with a waiting list. All enquiries are welcome.

Compliances

A registered and regulated profession 

Play Therapy is a regulated profession, look for a therapist registered with either PTUK, PTI, or BAPT.  

Play Therapists have to complete  

*Post Graduate qualification, 

*attend regular Clinical Supervision, 

*complete ongoing professional development courses (CPD), 

*hold insurance, 

*be ICO registered (in the UK), and are GDPR compliant.

*Enhanced DBS

*Uphold professional standards and ethical practice

 

PTUK

The most longstanding regulatory body for play therapy in the UK.  They also have a worldwide division Play Therapy International (PTI). 

 

PTUK hold a register of suitably qualified play therapists, accredited and assured by the Professional Standards Authority (PSA).
