Play & Creative Therapy is a developmentally appropriate modality of therapy, for children and young people, where they can explore their life experience, self, behaviour and feelings as they appear through play and creative forms in conscious and unconscious therapeutic process. My therapeutic intentions are to meet children where they are, to really notice and listen to their experience through play; to reflect with them to help children connect in a healthy way to themselves, and the important people around them.
